Here are some best practices for your subject line to make sure your email doesn’t get mistaken for junk.
1) Don’t use a one-word subject, like “order” or “book.” These look like spam to me, due to spams with subjects like “hello” or “money.”
2) Do write a meaningful subject line, like “I never got my book,” or “Can you help me with fragrances?”
I am a single mom to a toddler, and sometimes I only get to check email twice a week. Sometimes, I have a backlog of replies to get through before I get to your email. Please be patient; unlike a lot of people in this day and age, I do not live on the computer (but rather, at the park… the kitchen… the table-fort…)
